We would love your help and expertise. Volunteers can read to children, create art projects, serve as bus monitors, chaperone field trips and encourage students in many ways. If your child is enrolled in our Head Start or Early Head Start programs, there are additional ways you can be involved: Participate in conferences and home visits to give input about your child’s education Attend parent meetings at the site your child attends Car pooling Clerical and project work Join the Parent Policy Council, which participates in decision making about the Head Start and Early Head Start preschool programs   To volunteer, call the Community & Parent Relations Specialist at 616-453-4145 x2205.
